Also asked if I had morning boners, which I did not.
SO this explains why my mood was so shitty.....
The endo was going to put me on testosterone therapy but I said no and let me try lifestyle change first, so she agreed............
Any way got back into gym (natural) and started running. cardio, weights etc etc and recomped my body to a much fitter state.
I started looking after myself again, nutritionally aswell and now get the morning boner.
So my goal is to lose about a stone by January and my thinking is that with the lower body fat my test should bump back up.
If in January with the lifestyle change and lower body fat my test is still not high enough, would you say that I should start taking the testosterone therapy?
Thanks

not at your age unless you have some medical issues... I am on TRT however I have joint injuries and age issues...

I've found the testosterone improves my mental clarity, memory and general over all mood, plus I sleep better... regular exercise and diet help greatly as well ... the boner is just a welcome 'side affect'
BTW went gluten free and cut dairy... almost instant effect... within a day ...
