Are there any working Alexa traffic bot programs to boost Alexa rankings?

Those scripts are 5-8 years old and don't work. They just want you to fill out CPA leads to enable download of mighty old script.

Out of curiosity why would you want to boost Alexa unless it's for your own ego or you plan to scam unsuspecting people.
