Sorry for my late reply but as of a few weeks ago, I Want U is under new management and neither I nor Jen have any access to anything.
Jen will be back online tomorrow morning and will be able to give you guys all the new info of the people in charge to contact them and hopefully get your issues sorted.
It's unfortunate it seems their transition hasn't been a smooth one, but they didn't give us the ability to help them and wished to handle things themselves. Hopefully they sort it out.
