    Do you think this flyer could work to scout models?

    If i give it out on Venice beach in LA and Lets say Union Square New York.
    Please give me feed back. Would we found some models. Any experts here?
    I wanted to give 1000 and do a respond taste. 4x6 Inch the cards will be.

    Also what if you give this to potential model but she is less then 18. Is it ok?

                  I think you`re asking for trouble if you start speaking to any under 18s. I know it`s purely to interest them when they are of age but you`re a content provider with a site that is full of adult content.

                          Since you are recruiting for porn, and the image conveys something different, if your card finds it's way into the hands of an under-18 person, you could be getting some unwanted attention from parents or legal authorities.

                                                          so my main question is so by law it is ok to give flyers not Ok to shoot. but also i look for models for art shoots too. But some girls naturally looking to undress themselves so they need room to. Whatever you want to shoot i shoot. Also i am changing words Erotic to Arterotic to make it softer. so main question if flyer got to less then 18 because it is hard to know who you handle it to. So Must be 18 secures me from problems. I need like a lawyer advise may be. I want to be 100% sure.

                                                                      Law enforcement here, like anywhere, is a matter of choice. Most of the time, high grass gets cut. If you put yourself out there, with number, and someone decides to notice, then you'll have an issue. If they want to get you , they will.

                                                                      Just my two cents I'd be slightly more discrete than you think you need to be.
