I don't normally eat a lot of pasta but I've been carbo loading the past few weeks so been working in different sauces so I don't get bored of it.
Did a spaghetinni with a putanesca sauce the other night. More or less leftover pizza ingredients.
can of garlic+basil pizza sauce, chopped anchovies, capers and garlic sautéed in butter. Deglaze with red wine vinegar and hot pimento paste then finish off with fresh basil and oregano. Mix in with pasta. So simple but comes out really good.
