Well, just to say that Ticbra is a SCAMMER !!!
I paid him and almost 20 days has passed and he never said anything more!
Time frame was 5 days...

8 posts total and he was asking for money up front? Sorry, but you need to be more discerning in who you do business with, especially in this industry. Hopefully he didn't take you for too much.

The ironic part is that the payment was made on 2013-07-11.
Time frame for the work was 5 days.
And on 2013-07-16 he contacted me (last contact) saying if I can send more $4 because he had the host to pay... and I sent him $5.
I trust too much in people, I think that everyone is like me, but they are not, I need to stop doing this... need to learn with this mistakes. This time was $35 but in future the damage can be bigger.

Btw, can paxum act in this situations?
Payment was made via paxum.
Any feedback?

I wonder if it's true or not, I guess only those guys can match up things, money trail, etc to figure who was doing the scamming.

I am sorry to hear that, I'ts always safer working with companies than GFY "freelancers". I think I've heard about name Zivko Popic and that he is screwed someone too. Hope he will get banned!
