I am still in mainstream, what I do there is stable and requires maybe 3 hours a day of my time on average. And I already have the studio and models so its either fail or succeed now. Failure isn't gonna kill me financially, I am taking an informed calculated risk and we are doing ok right now. Thanks for the concern.Comment

you caught me. But I do stand by my opinion, although I pumped up the tone a little bit. I find most of the bullshit as entertaining as the next guy but I also am trying to make money and if i need some help or have an obstacle in front of me, i will adapt and evolve to get what i need.

Yeah, I am not the type that needs spoonfed, mostly i just look to fill in little details to save time and not make unnecessary mistake that will waste my time and money fixing. I researched the studio for months before I chose to open it. Then I posted that I had it, as opposed to wasting everyone's time begging to be taught everything every camboss knows. There is tons of good info here if someone, like me, takes the hours,days, and months to read it.

I wouldn't consider myself a snob, I actually watched your documentary. Why wouldn't I be wanted here? I am a nice guy, starting out in the industry, looking to provide the best quality product and service to the people and companies that need it. And I am actually willing to work to make it happen and make money. Who wouldn't want someone like that around.
I actually like that picture, do you see how fucking big that donut is? Can't get that shit at dunkin donuts!! And I would rather have an actually picture of me in my avatar, so people can see who I am and have one more peice of information to judge me by (since i am new) than put up a porn avatar or something. Can't begin to tell you the help I got here and elsewhere.
It's all a shadow of it's of it's former self here. There are a huge number of ill informed people here that can not make a living at this or mainstream giving advice, some of which have been doing this for many years.
There are a few honest and knowledge people in the biz though and sometimes you have to sift through rooms of bullshit to find a nugget of gold.Comment
