                                the electric bill isn't always that high.. BTW you forgot water, gas and trash pick up as well. guys thrown is gardener and pool guy

                                the place went for 2mil in 2005, the house is on 2 lots... mortgage won't be 6K per month ... in fact this place and the place next door are both owned by the same guy... he broke 3 lots into 5 and is planning on building 3 more house up here


                                and as I've stated wouldn't but this place to many issue and I wouldn't buy in this state... too politically creepy
