Did it ever occur to anyone that people were locking their doors not because they were of a certain color, but because they of a certain age and don't look like a model citizen?
I live in a very white town, and I've locked my car doors any time I feel remotely uncomfortable. In fact, I lock my doors when I am in a neighborhood that makes me feel uncomfortable - Just a smart thing to do.
