Can't say I blame them one bit. With the media's iffy track record of twisting one's words or failing to report accurately about what someone meant by their words etc, and the black community's propensity for reprisals in cases such as these where "one of their own" has, in their view, been unjustly treated by a trial's outcome, well...
You either keep your mouth shut or take a risk every time you or your kids step outside your door.
And before anyone says it, white folk can be just as nuts when decisions go the other way. People, in general, are nuts.
