Yeah, this is after spening half an hour at the Best western Beach and Resort, trying to sort things out. Calling Canada of all places for my mate to look itup on the web and get me more info.

Well that hotel does have a website and it never mentioned anything about closures and I do not think there is a major holiday down there where smaller places might close like that :S I know in the Dominican they have christians week or something and the place becomes a ghost town (so im told)

I'm kind of surprised you didn't see anybody going in or out of the gates? Like industry people? Or what about in the town at the bars? You don't hear anybody yelling and screaming?

I got dropped off at the Beatle Bar at about 9:30/9:45. Got too many hard looks as I was with Luggage. One even did the chinky eye thing at me, considering there was 7 of them and 1 of me, I hailed a cab and went back to the Best Western.

The Jaco Fiesta was dead, it's not on the main strip. The guard literally would not let me in.

Fuck it, I'm gonna go to sleep.

Cheers. Well, that makes sense now, the security guard kept saying Mana. Which I kept replying, "No entiendo Mana".

Really, after eating, and getting some sleep, I'm in a much better mood. I got to see San Jose (long story), and had a pretty cool cab driver.

I'm off to go run on the beach, and enjoy this goregous morning. I'll see you around 9 JDZ at the buffet
