what you need to make is a auto redirecting proxy on a paid server with american ip's. The thing that often it is just too damn hard to get it to work for free. But if you can make it in a way it would detect the user's uk ip and starts up the proxy, give you a clean window to surf in it would work.
If any one can make something like then i am more than happy to give you the hosting space and ip's for a slice of the ad revenue.
