            Really?
With tube and movie gallery sites becoming more and more popular, I think this is a perfect name for adult webmasters who want to build those type of sites.

            Thanks for your input though

                True.
As you probably know already, it's very hard to find a decent tube site name to hand register nowadays.

All I'm asking for is the price of a month or two of the revenue that may be earned through development into a great movie site for a startup adult company.

I'm willing to accept even low $x,xxx offer and make sure that the transaction is safe by going through either sedo.com or escrow.com

Otherwise, high $xxx for the name to be sent to sedo.com escrow auction.

                Best wishes

                      I'm still taking offers.

The name would go well with script like bigdotmedia.com

To me, the .TV's don't get indexed as well in SE's..

                                  That's the only problem..

Explain that, and I will buy it.

                                    Hi Stellar,
                                    I'll be happy to explain.
Demand Media owns enom.com, and they have the .TV rights from Verisign.
There was a few saying on Namepros that "Demand Media guys have said that they have had good discussions with Google about .tv and that Google understands what .tv is and that they treat it is a gTLD."

.TVs get indexed very nicely on SE, and just like any extension or website, it will depend on how you optimize it.

My ReemIsland.TV (with very minimal development and on channelme.tv platform) is on first page and #2 in Yahoo Search Engine for the term "Reem Island" without the quotations (same with the quotation)

It's first page and #4 in google for the same "Reem Island"

The result of my site becoming first page in google and yahoo took a very short time with minimum development and promotion (buying 1 $3 traffic and paying $5 for search engine submissions and a few other sites).

Although I'm sure that for heavily competing keywords (like porn, sex), it may take more work, but with other ways to promote like link exchanges, link submission, and other ways of promoting an adult site, I'm sure it will be a success (with a easy name like this, nobody can forget once they visit and like the contents).

Don't get me wrong, but for a while I was tempted to build a site with TEVS from bigdotmedia.com (with modification), but I had never developed an adult website in my life (only parked), and I don't know the first thing about 4257 or other legal things that pertain to developing adult sites, and they give me a headache.

If you are interested, you can contact me at [email protected] (which I use the most) or the email on the whois or sedo.
The transaction will be secure for both buyer and seller by other either using escrow.com (buyer pays fee) or sedo.com.

                                    Best wishes

All of that makes good sense for the kw "Reem Island" like you said.

I'm certain the indexing happened like that due to the scarcity of the kw.

Anyone can go for bizarre kw's and get a PR.

But even though pornomovie.tv is a very very cool domain,

the KW competition plus the "setting in" of the other domain's in the PR 1-5 list will ultimately bash it's head in.

I have only seen a .com make new waves in this area, just tossing other .com's aside.. it would be very surprising to see a .tv domain do the same thing.

                                          To summarize,

Other .Com's have long since taken the PR listing area that your .Tv is offering, the keywords are ultra illusive at this point, and unless you have had a domain with the same link out's, kw's, and content for 2 years (a really really good .com) I cannot see pornomovies.tv getting indexed that closely to domains like porn.com, freeporn.com, pornmovies.com, etc etc etc etc.

And a lot of the domains that are PRed don't really have good domains, they simply know how to link out and monetize everything to the 1000th degree.

But I would love to be proved wrong and see your domain get indexed for any decent porn kw in under 6 months.

                                          Bottom line,

Unfortunately I think the name of your domain and they keyword's that are relative to it, will be the ultimate non-productive variable in the equation, which in turn will not get your domain sold for much.

                                            Hi Stellar,

                                            Fair enough.
I agree in terms of type in traffic, .com is the king and is in people's head. However, when people find a site through search engine (after optimization), it's a fair game.

You see, if someone can make this name compete with porn.com, freeporn.com, pornmovies.com, etc etc etc etc, then all the props to them.

I was more thinking that this name is highly brandable like pornotube and very memorable.

btw, I'll tell you something amazing about utilizing .TV with the help from demand media's me.tv platform.

As you've seen reemisland.tv, it's on ME.TV platform that comes free with enom.com account when you register a .tv with them.

The thing about me.tv is that you can build backlinks by "adding friends".

                                            It just turned PR 3.

I've the same for appear.tv, and now it's PR3 as well.
.TV may be underrated at the moment, but I don't think we should underestimate .TV ext that is being supported by demand media

I will be building backlinks for pornomovie.tv now, and I will try to turn it into PR 3-4. Ofcourse, then with all the work that I put in, I'll have to raise the price.

For any potential buyers, it's still available at relatively low cost.

                                            Best wishes

Test the me.tv platform with TheInsurance.TV as well. Now it's PR 3.

                                              PornoMovie.TV still taking offers.
A great extension and highly brandable/easily memorable name for an adult movie/tube site.

Seriously a great name to dev if you are forming an adult movie/tube company.

I'm not trying to bash your thread by any means, but if you have 25 posts in the past month, and 19 of them are you bumping the thread to show off the domains potential, it's probably not a hot seller.

My advice, just keep the domain on sedo, and let this thread die. You tried, and no one can blame you for that, but domains that are going to sell on this forum usually do within the first few days.

Your domain hasn't had one interested person post on it in a whole month.

Send this one to the grave yards.
