I wouldn't hesitate to shoot someone in my house stealing my shit. Florida is a 3 strike state, what if the criminal stealing my shit is facing life in prison if identified? Who's to say once discovered the criminal isn't planning to kill you to stay out of prison?
And yes, stealing will get you killed in Florida ?
