you dont need tube script to embed videos from other tubes.

what you need is 2 php pages.

one which will show thumbs and another with the embed code and ads.

and final a grabber ....tada.

make sure you get custom design made,

You need somewhere to store the embed codes (so a database), some way to manage it, etc.

My for 100% because it have most spiders and need about 4-7 days to get 1 million embed videos in DB.

go with the inxy scripts ,

for embedding they are best.,
it has crawler and all ,
but support wise very bad, if you figure out , how to use the script then you dont need support.

For SEO there is thing like words replace. Also there is micro tags. I was make about 10 big tube sites for my customers and all getting really nice amount of SE traffic. Now I'm making one site for me

I'm talking about the act of adding a million pages of content in the course of 7 days... That's a guaranteed way to get you flagged.

It's not a problem, I was do it on one site for about 2 months ago and after 20 days that site was get 800 UV daily from google. It's not a problem to have million of page if every page have a unique content, also Matt was talk about that in one video.

CyberSEO does it easily. It also allows you to spin titles/descriptions (make them unique to Google), translate them to other languages and do 1001 other cool tricks on full autopilot

too bad its encoded, cant use it on my servers since i run php 5.5 and ioncube doesnt support 5.5 yet.
