I can't see it making sense. Having the ability to go off road takes you even further away from already limited power supply. Having all that torque would make them excellent off roaders though

for a 4x4? it be better buying domestic with consideration for parts cost/availability etc

unless one just wants the truck to look pretty..

I have a f150 4x4 that does pretty good. Having a battery is kinda stupid for a 4x4 because of the lack of charging stations in off road areas.
