Well Jaco part doesnt really start till 28th. 27th you'll need to get a hotel in Sjo.

So on 28th they start running buses from SJO to Jaco.

Yup. In San Jose you need to goto The Best Western Izaru to catch the shuttle to Jaco. The event hotel is the Jaco Fiesta Beach Resort as Nikki said, however since it cant fit everyone some people had to stay in other nearby hotels, one of which is the best western in Jaco. hehe. Basically just make sure on the 28th you are at the best western in San Jose and Iwantu staff will be there to direct you.

I posted at a big costa rica board.. hopefully they'll have a good answer. Taxis are $60 - $100 so I hope there's something cheaper. But, fuck it.. I'm not going on this trip to save money

yes, take a taxi, about $100.... I heard are 2 hours road trip so ........ expensive but also not so close

Thats pretty cheap actually. Most of the shows I take a car service or limo from the airport to the hotel and runs at least 60.00 and usually less than 20 minute ride. But Taxi can often cost you more if you hit traffic, so its nice with a car service at least you know what your cost will be.

For those wondering about how to get to the strip club, we'll be running shuttles to and from the Best Western Irazu starting at around 8:30pm

A taxi to Jaco will be about 80-100$ yeah...but it's comfier than taking the bus, which only costs about $3 but will take you on a 3 hour uncomfortable ride (unless you have really short legs)

Best and safest way to get out to the beach from the airport: http://www.taxiaeropuerto.com/ They only drive new cars, full A/C, uniformed drivers, etc.
