No matter what was entered in as evidence, we have an audio tape of Zimmerman saying he walked towards Martin and confronted him as well as a video tape of Zimmerman saying Martin was "hiding in the bushes and surprised him from behind".

If its not evidence... then it can't be considered because there is clearly a problem with it, or its been argued to be irrelevant.
