1) undock it.
2) open an image and screen cap and post your whole screen. Maybe there is something someplace else on your screen that may be causing the problem.
If I don't have a document open I see the same thing you see. Except, mine isn't docked up on top, it's lower on the page I guess in the default area.

What I think hapened is I hit the wrong ctrl+ shortcut and it caused it to dock up top. It's all ok now though.Originally posted by RedShoe
