    Legality of tube sites

    Hey...

    In the past, I asked a few questions about my dating site, and got answers thanks to you.

    I will start in a few weeks and have another question.

    In my country, people are making tube sites using the bots. Thanks to censorship here, I may get 100-200k hit a day with an almost free. (they are getting the content via bots from youjizz, redtube, etc)

    *I looked into the content of these sites, didn't see any illegal content but I wanted to consult to you. (There aren't any full videos, most of the content is consist of short clips and free porn videos.)

    If I make a deal with these site's owners and publish my banners/pop ups on these sites, would it be considered illegal ? I mean, I will work with a 3rd party processor and I don't want to be get involved in a bad business model. I may lose my account.

    I will wait for your replies, thx ! (Still new in adult )
    I need info about that topic because I want to know the general thought about tube sites.

      If you're pulling content off of other tubes you'll definitely need to get their permission. Also, if they have infringing content and you copy it then you're infringing too. There have been some pretty big lawsuits over stuff like this. If you start getting DMCAs, make sure you act hastily.

          Thanks for your reply. I will be the one who advertise on here, so I think I won't get any DMCA. If I do, I can pull-off my banners here.

          I talked to those guys and they told me that they were working with plugrush over the past years without an issue. Since plugrush is a legit company (In my opinion) , I think there won't be any issues for me, too.

              Keep an eye out for my Tube Video API product at http://www.mftscripts.com/products/tvapi (you can join the newsletter to be kept updated about it), as I will be directly working with tube sites to index their videos and give you an easy to use CMS and system to legally add their content to your site without worrying. Video removed from their site? Don't worry, the CMS will know and remove it from your site also.

                  I would worry more about creating tubes with bots than the legality of said tubes. In other words, how effective would the tube be? If you can get 100-200K hits that is awesome but you gotta know what to do with that traffic. If you're tying it into your new dating site/campaign then it could be golden.

                      Great words. I aim to aid in the revenue part with my API by requiring all videos from all tubes to supply the pay site the video is from (I mean, if it's a legal tube, they have to be advertising the pay site the video is from, otherwise what's the use, right?) So then you know if you're embedding a video from milfhunter.com, you can supply the appropriate ads for that video next to it.

                          As I said before, government is quite awesome here. Cencorship is in the new level, they even censor the sites related to evolution. (Because believing in evolution and accepting it as a scientific fact is a "sin" to them.)

                          I think the traffic isn't that quality but I think I should give a shot.

                                              Currently I am studying software engineering here, planning to drop out school and move to Austria. Thanks to international agreements, I will be able to stay here for the four years and will study the same department. After that, I think I can figure it out. Because living here is fucking pointless. Government is trying to censor everything, education system sucks, health system is fucked up, you may get a jail sentence if you say that you are an atheist, and the most important thing is that nobody give a fuck if you are Turkish.

                                              One of my friend is studying in Austria and he is quite happy.
