I need info about cam sites

Hi all ! I'm still new here and don't know lots of things. So I decided to ask and I accept that I am a newbie in that business. But trying to gather information.

I am planning to open a webcam website (solo performance of girls), but don't know where to find models. Also I don't even know the price of these girls. (Do they work on hourly basis, etc.)

Could you give me a bit information ?

Sorry for the short post, I don't know what to write here. I didn't even ask the details, bcz I don't know the details :p Even the captions/briefs can help me.

White label is the best option, you can just get straight to the marketing and skip the massive start-up cost/effort. If you have some serious dollars to start, you could get girls off craigslist ect...

The obvious problem is getting girls to work on a site with no visitors and getting visitors to a site with no girls. You need some big advertising dollars to overcome that. Also you pay girls depending on how much they earn, like a 50% cut or something.

What the other people are saying about "don't bother" and "get a whitelabel" is good advice for 99.9% of cases. But if you REALLY want to do this anyway then I say don't even bother trying to compete with MyFreeCams and go directly into Fetish Cams. We're talking things like jerk off instruction, dominatrices, knee high boots, nurse outfits, cheerleaders, lesbian domination (two young ladies taking requests for what to do) and that kind of thing.

Do that and then open up an affiliate program WITHOUT THE GAMES or the usual bullshit (14 day cookies, 80% shave, 180 day holds, bullshit chargebacks) and pay 10-15% lifetime honestly. Put up at least some minimal promo content (again no bullshit games like your url all over it) and I'll send you so many good leads you'll be shocked at how well they convert. There is a real lack of this and real opening for it. Kink live isn't any good for most affiliates who report 1:20000 ratios which is impossible. Do it right and it'll work. If you do it, send me a PM when you're able and you have it up and I'll promote you full time as long as it seems like you're giving me a fair shake. I have shit loads of targeted traffic for this but with no good home. It's fucking wasted right now because there is no one to send it to and the people who come the closest I no longer trust and I refuse to do that.

Completely serious here. If you have the capital and the drive, listen to me and I guarantee you'll get rich. The opening is there.

Asking a question like this will get you ALOT of advice. Some good, some bad, some terrible.

Yes you can start a white label site but "free" never means free. What seems to cost nothing now actually costs alot more down the road.

If you're not in any rush, what I would suggest that you do is ask as many people as many questions as you can. Check out a couple of trade shows like the upcoming http://www.qwebec.com show and check out a few discussion panels. Try to absorb as much as possible.

We offer both paid licenses and white label licenses for the webcam business. Both have advantages and disadvantages. Do some homework beforehand to know which is the best way for you to proceed and you should do well.

That is true, it is hard to start your own webcam site, but there were always people who were able to do that. 10 years ago, 5 years ago and even last year.
