Are you on a PC? I use Lightroom instead but you may want to check your settings in Bridge. It sounds like it is not reading the color profile embedded in your JPGs.
There should be a color management menu that allows you to use native windows or the embedded profile. Also make sure your Windows (if indeed you are on a PC) is set to read embedded profiles as well. And of course if your monitor is not calibrated then its all a guess anyway.
If you are on a Mac I have no idea, but it could be a similar situation.
