    HDV-ADULT.com scammed me

    I waited for a very long time before writing this thread. I'm not somebody that likes to solve his problems on forums and I was very polite and patient regarding this issue, but now my patience has run out.

    I just want to post these facts and then forget about this cheater.

    I bought a content pack from Francois - Sales / Support / LiveSupport - ICQ: 238-319-129 and won an iphone but when it came to sending it, he only sent me the content pack without the iphone and didn't even said an ipod which was also promised in his thread.

    I asked him about my iphone and he told me that I would have to wait. After waiting for some time, I asked him again about the iphone and he told me again that I'd have to wait.

    After 2 months he finally told me that he couldn't send me the iphone and promised to send me an additional content pack instead.

    I selected a pack and waited.

    Some time passed after which I asked him about the content pack that he'd promised to send to me. He told me that he'd forgotten about me and promised to send it to me the following week.

    A week passed and I asked him again and he promised to send it to me again. After this had occurred several times I finally realized that he was cheating me and I understood that he was not going to send me anything at all.

    Since he now ignores me on ICQ, I think that's it's about time to expose him and to hopefully save others from what I have experienced. Unfulfilled promises and lots of wasted time!

    So please make a note of his details and avoid him like the plague.

                          There are quite a few complaints about them here and on other forums. People not getting everyhting, very late or no deliveries, and some people complaining that the content is mostly the old Focus Adult stuff.

                                                      thats not the point. part of thedeal was the iphone.

                                                      iyts like buying a car with electric windows then when it turns up they are the wind up type. sure you ordered a car, but your ordered one with electronic windows. and if you were going to get order a car with wind up windows you may have choses a different firm.

                                                      now this chap if he got his iphone may have made many more orders from them, but now will not and will tell others (as on this site). also it gives others who make content a bad name as people will be less willing to buy from them.

                                                                          I ordered/paid for that exclusive pack + iPhone in November 2007 and still waiting for that package to be delivered.

                                                                          In the past i bought a lot of content packs from him, which went always good. He is now somewhere in the Netherlands and a few weeks ago we talked on ICQ and made an appointment with him so he would bring me the promised items what i paid upfront, which he never did.

                                                                          Is there a change to claim this at the new company who owns HDV-adult.com because this is really fucked up and honestly i never expected this from him.

                                                                                                                                          Anyway, a few days after ordering the content pack I went to Bali for 4 weeks (bit relaxing), then to Slovakia and after that busy with 1000 things.

                                                                                                                                          Returned back in Amsterdam, I had contact with Francois on ICQ/phone but each time there was some reason why he was delayed (busy, cutting/edditing the vid content, upcoming baby, looking for a house in NL, selling his company, bla bla).

                                                                                                                                          After making a confirmed appointment with him one week ago and he didn't show up, he didn't pick up his phone and seeing all those threads and hearing all those stories I got a bit concerned.

                                                                                                                                          Still I give him the benefit of the doubt, but i feel a bit fucked.

                                                                                                                                          Like I told earlier, I bought many times content from him and till now I really didn't had any complaints.

                                                                                                                                          I hope he or the new owners of HDV-Adult.com will deliver. I did business with HDV-Adult and paid for it.

Not everybody is scamming, but you are right for new persons/companies with who you do business its always better to use a CC.

I don't know how it works with ipods/iphones, but when you paid for content, send an email to sales@ and they will take care of your order...
