you actually missed an important ingredient, traffic. Mix it with anything, and its money. With dating/adult dating, its good money .. with loans and credit cards its even more money .. and so on

Yeah adsense pays pretty well for dating, when it actually displays targeted ads. Every now and then you see god-awful targeting. No reason why I should see roofing contractor ads on a dating site.

Before building an adult site, or any site for that matter, you might want to learn the difference between adwords and adsense.
