    VISA CHARGEBACK level now 1% !!!

    Visa, apparently has announced that in the U.S.A. Their charge backs level will be dropping from 2.5% - 1% If someone goes over 1% they apparently will be fined US$10K

    Has anyone got any more info on this ?
