Most flexible white label Cam program ?

I feel like I gotta sign up to new cam programs every few months because 1 program has more customizable / newer / better options then their competition.

I got a new decent domain...and need the best white label cam program out there. the more flexible, the better.

I wanna be able to edit meta information , header / footer sections...and have a CLEAN html coding overall. (not too much junk all over the place...flash, javascript, etc)

Hopefully Cam affiliate programs guys out there are listening....as the more cleaner u keep ur pages.... (coding wise) and the more customizable you allow your templates, the more affiliates you will get to sign up...most webmasters know the significance.... 'Google' wise to have utmost customization control over our white labels.

so far i've tried

cams.com (ok....but their white labels are not too google friendly, and very limited as to what were allowed to edit )

webcams.com (decent options, but they require a driver's license photo id , a screenshot of our domain registry...and more legal junk fax'd over to them...a little over the top for me)

Pussycash ( some say they have a whitelabel....but i can't find any of the options anywhere)

Live Bucks (decent , minimized amount of html coding on their pages...but I believe we have to fill out a huge file to manually input our customized meta info )

Looking for new ideas , new programs, and opinions .
