Camcorders for porn - AVCHD or other?

Posted this on B&B but my fellow Brits not sharing, so here goes:

Looking at replacing my trusty Sony HVR-Z7U (HDV) camcorder with something which shoots full 1920x1080p. What are you guys using these days?

I Was looking at possibly getting one of these Canon XF100 camcorders, but not sure if better with one which shoots AVCHD instead. Anyone?

What I'd really like is one of these Sony PMW-200 cams - but they are v expensive:

Both of these shoot to MXF file in 50Mbps 4:2:2 color space.

Also, is anyone using DSLR for video? What challenges when handholding to shoot porn? Not sure if I want to follow focus given how critical the focusing is due to the shallow DOF on dSLR. I have 5d3 but adding on all the accessories to turn it into a useable video camera seems excessive.

    Anyone?

I can't stand shooting video on a DSLR. Magic Lantern makes it tolerable, but it's still nothing like using a camera that was meant to shoot video.

That said, I use a Sony FS100 and my new partner just picked up a Canon C100. They're both fairly comparable, and I am more partial to the Sony...but that's just because I've gotten very comfortable with it over the past year.

I use the Sony PMW-200 XDCAM. I love it.
