spice them up, today I used off the shelf bbq rub, cinnamon honey and volcano dust.
inject them with AJ, center rack in the over (on foil) at 225 for 2 hours... pull out wrap tightly with foil with bbq sauce.
I used a off the shelf bbq sauce w/ no corn syrup, handful dried cherries, shirca and a bit of brown sugar to sweeten the sauce up. microwaved for 4 min.
back in for 2 hours... unwrap, take the oven up to 325, back in 20-30 min maybe... put a bark on the ribs...
all this is more or less no precise..
