hi everyone. i am jack and my job is to run gaytube.
i'm writing because shap's away until next week and i did not see him post so i am posting.
i found 42 videos (out of 600 total on gaytube) that were copyrighted so i deleted them. illegal videos are not allowed on the site. so if you find any copyright material plz email me [email protected] and they will be gone. ok that is all,bye for now.Comment

Its a site that, as far as I can see, lets users submit....
So it WILL have 'illegal' content on it.
User submission sites can not be run by the (our) book.
You cant check the status of all the vids submitted to a site with more than a few dozen vids a day.
I doubt Shap or his staff uploaded anything 'illegal'.
The only way to run a site like this is to not allow user submits.

Also remember there is a legal loophole that means by calling Shap's site illegal you are opening yourselves up for legal action.

So, "Jack" you do know that Shap claims he spent MILLIONS fightig stolen content, and Shap owns a Tube site that allows anyone to upload videos to it (many of which are stolen) and he doesnt take the time to bother to police it. The peter north one didnt take a rocket scientist to catch that one.

Brazzers own pornhub.com It was full of stolen content then got called out on GFY and Brazzers blammed it on "partners" and claim they had nothing to do with it they are just silent partners. The site gets cleaned up over night.
Brazzers advertises on several illegal tube sites next to stolen content.
Twistys *claims* to have spent millions fighting stolen content but then does business with Redtube. They get called out for it and fucked by redtube so they stop.
So of all sites, Twistys chooses to do business and cross sales with Brazzers.
Shap owns Gaytube.com which was full of stolen content and gets called out on GFY, over night the stolen content is removed.
Pornhub and gaytube hosted at the same company. How many connections and similarities are there between Brazzers and Shap. Seems like these two people come from the same school of thought and i would bet anything there are doing some major deals and idea sharing behind the scenes.
Now "Jack" posts on here saying he cleaned up gaytube. Probably a fake nick. Regardless the point is that shap owns gaytube and it was full of stolen content. Bullshit, its called hiring an employee... wow what a novel fucking idea.
All videos watermarked get deleted on sight. All videos under 2 mins can go live (not many stolen videos under 2 mins getting uploaded if any, its all the long stuff.) If the video is over 2 mins it doesnt go live untill that emplyee (lets call him jack) can review the video. You know how to review the video to see if it is a real amateur video... wait for this one, another novel idea, you tell the person uploading the video of themselves to hold up a sign in the begging saying " this video is for gaytube" the employee (jack) sees that i nthe first couple seconds of the video and he knows it is a "real" user submitted amateur made video.

How many "moderaters' do you think RedTube would have needed when it was open submit?
It would have been a MASSIVE job. Not 1 or 2 people but dozens... have you looked at there stats?
