The right to drive?
How about your 4th amendment right that is supposed to guard you from unreasonable searches and seizures? I'd call holding someone down, putting them in a headlock, strapping them to a table, and taking their blood without consent, a very, very unreasonable search.
Like I said, there has to be other, less invasive ways. Drunks need to be taken off the road, there is no argument there, but this isn't the way to do it. I'd like to think Americans are better than this.
