I do have a perspective on what the rest of the world thinks. But I don't look at one country and say "that's bad". The United States is not the only one who does this. Every country does this on some level. Fuck, someone else is bitching about the Space Race in this thread, so let's compare the US space shuttle to the Russian space shuttle and you tell me who hacked who?
China is hacking the US daily; China has an entire division of it's army dedicated to hacking.
