I´m using "website filter" in my wifi router for this. And if I am lazy to open router settings I use almost the same thing integrated in my anitvirus software. But router "website filter" is better because that pop up window even don´t show up. If I use antivir setting, window pops up but it says that website was blocked.

Except that's a facile comparison. LiveJasmine is fucking annoying from a surfer's standpoint - aside from being totally intrusive it freezes browsers, some sites overdo it beyond belief where every click initiates the popup.
Obnoxious advertising like that does the industry no favors, if anything it reinforces to the public at large that our biz will happily throw garbage at the surfer to deal with in order to make a few bucks. Ads are fine, but there's a line where they become intrusive & irritating and I think most would agree Livejasmin has crossed that.*********
