The Review Site Submitter service and Sponsor Search service on WebmasterScore.com are both FREE because of great sponsors and referral traffic.
Anyone can create an account and use the Sponsor Search system right away. As an affiliate program, if you want to be added to the searches or if you want to submit your sites for review, you need to have your program added to the WebmasterScore site (it's FREE). Doing that allows review sites to know that all of the companies using the review submitter are quality sponsors. Getting a review site listed is also done manually. The goal is to help good companies do business with each other. As you can see from the replies in this thread, getting added is very easy. Also, explaining how the site works is MUCH easier in real time on ICQ than it would be via email or alone without any guidance.

All I can say is WOW! This is the best resource I've come across in a long long time. We just add 8 new sites to our program and getting them out the the review sites was going to be a lot of work till these guys came along.
