sure if you want to lose weight, one option is to cut carbs, that's one option.
i'm a type 1 diabetic of 33 years, carbs are not bad for you and a low carb high fat diet does not necc regulate sugars. i have 1st hand experience of that. and gobs of research to back that up.
skipping any of the macronutrients is simply poor nutrition.
