      It's against postal regulations to ship used panties or other garments in most countries. Postal authorities will confiscate them if found.

              I spoke to a few people about that, seems like it's more a per county thing atlest here in the states, but billers will process for it. We are actually working on doing something like that for our site, so HMU for details ;)

                          Panties for sniffing don't enjoy much constitutional protection. You think they would pass the Miller test? Their great "artistic value" LMAO.
                          Check the USPS International shipment regulations -- prohibited item -- used undergarments -- health hazardous waste item -- bio-hazard.

                          Not worth the possible troubles IMHO but then you might not get caught ... In all probability they just confiscate the package if found out.


                          How do they know the are used? The postal inspector looks for the skid marks and sniffs ...
