    galleries and convertions

    I have been submitting galleries and generated a good amount of traffic to them, but had noticed that surfers are like staying on the galleries and not going to my main page, making no convertions
    What can be done to convert? must put links direct to join page or sponsor site on the gallery or continue linking to my main page?

                  maybe a little bit less of the action in the thumbs ...

                          no... I don't like the idea of blind linking... The surfer expects to get a full picture when he clicks a thumb... You need the surfer to trust you if you want him to sign up...
                          I would crop the thumbs in a way they don't give away everything and add a few more links to the gallery... I prefer text links over banners...

                                                          I think because the pics and humbs you are using show alot of whats in store on the site...people are probably satisfied with the gallery rather than clickng through..they've seen enough befor ethe jump. Also Id work on adding a bit more descriptive text to he pages..get em off with words and a little less of the full product..tease em into clicking for more.
