Gross revenue is kind of ridiculous to compare.

I could have a gross revenue of 1,000,000 a week, but if my expenses were 1,200,000 I wouldn't be much of a baller, would I?

Its a pretty simple business, basic fundamentals. The reason I got into the business was because its about 350-400% profit per sandwich. Its honestly an idiot proof business

Well no one would share their net income. This is meant to get a ballpark idea of revenue not to see how baller you are.

Thats about correct (winter can be a little slower and such). To answer the second question they are not Subway franchises. I am not beholden to the way they do things, no royalties, no fees, no bullshit.
