I checked manual, before trying it - would it be easy to implement for someone who does not know how to read code? And are the many sponsors providing that format of promo? I mean is it common practice or you have to look for sponsors offering that?

I think so, the code that I put in the example can be easily made to how you want with just basic <a href=""><img src="" /></a> type of html and drag the variables to where they need to be from the nodes on the right. This way is much easier than I used to do it..
Part 2 is going to use some PHP, though, but I don't think that will be hard either.
