HOW to last shorter in bed?

First of all, I can't come with the condom on.

When I don't use it, I can come most of the time, even though late. But sometimes it takes so long, i go for hours and i just can't keep it up anymore. My balls full with semen, giving me cramps, which makes it even harder to get it up again.
And I can't get horny again until after 24+ hours after sex.
