Yes Tube sites convert badly, one with a "SEE MORE" link under the video converts at 1-5000. But sends 20,000 a day. The conversion on Tube views sucks. The conversion numbers on traffic arriving is good.

The only thing I can see wrong with the TEVS script is that it doesn't convert the videos to flash (no ffmpeg support).

Dougeetx, converting videos may have security issues involved and we just can't support 3rd party software. You can of course have a programmer write you an addon for TEVS and ffmpeg. TEVS can play wmv, mpg and flv. Along with standard html for those sponsors that have flash embed videos like PerfectGonzo.
