    Is Musharraf going to take his loss on the chin?

    It looks like he has lost - I dont think he will be happy at all.

    Lets hope those Nukes are in good hands.....

      I am not so sure - Pakistan must be sick of right wingers by now....

      They must be able to see they have the West by the balls and vote in someone who can use that.

          it wasnt an election for president. It was a parlimentary election. the opposition parties got most of the votes which COULD lead to a no confidence vote and get Musharaff (sp) to step down later on.

          THe nukes are controlled by the military (I read a while back that the Nuke protocols used by pakistan were the same that are implemented by the US and IAEC) so they wont just be given to any knuklehead that comes to power should he be ousted.

          This is a lot of worrying for nothing...even the experts agree it's not as scarry as the media makes it.

          Ultimately, who knows for sure but got my fingers crossed those "experts" are right

            That makes me feel a little bit better - not a lot - but a bit.

            Lets hope he dosnt panic and decide to go out with a bang.
