Long story short I've spent the last year learning why a very well known adult auction house aren't particularly good at their job. It's not that surprising. Like Realtors, Auctioneers profit comes via volume and turnover - not pushing domains to realize their maximum potential.
That leaves me with a domain I don't want to sell for $25-$100K but I do want to monetize. Doing it myself would require a good deal more learning - I don't know the TGP space well - and I have other priorities. Plus I've invested an amount I'd like to get back.
What I'd like is a partner. I'd like some payment in advance to ensure the domain isn't just shelved. I.e. If you've paid $25K for a share of the site you won't be comfortable leaving the domain to rot.
I know this isn't for everyone but the alternative, letting a series of webmasters have a crack at it, will be destructive and time-consuming on all sides.
In return we'll become partners. 50/50. Initially for 12 months and then, subject to review, more permanently. I.e. You'll own a fair share of the domain and the site you've built.
I do know the content space very well indeed and if you're a model reading this, and would like to benefit from that expertise and have a body of content, I'd also be open for partnership. There's a lot of money in a well run model site and I've worked on many of the best.
Some people have spoken to me about this before and we've lost touch. Please contact me again if this is of interest.
Thanks for your time. I look forward to hearing from you.
