Did it last night (sunday night) Watching the returns today:

Made new picture galleries for latest Claudia Marie update
Sent out affiliate email with the galleries and tube clip
Submitted the galleries to the hun (accepted this morning for listing)
Did a massive email to all our former and current members with news, the galleries, and the vid clip
Had CM post up the new galleries on her twitter feed.
Worked until 2 a.m. last night sorting out my tube with the new MechBunny version 5.0 (redoing templates, includes, etc)

Now I'm looking at the new sales that have already come in overnight from the work I did yesterday.

I've always had Sunday as a big workday in my schedule. It's something I did from back in the 1990's when we all figured that most men were surfing porn at work on Monday morning.
Probably doesn't hold true anymore, but it's an old habit.

If it's a large tube (over 20k views average for videos) then we could do a content partner thing. I have employees who upload for me. If it's a 'smaller' tube then you would have to go to PeabodyCash (signup below) and export the promo vids from there. We even have a mass exporter tool so you can grab a fuckload of vids at once.

Don't have much to do this week to increase business, because last week I removed/replaced one middle man with another more reputable middle man and now my sales magically quadrupled this week

I found that adding more affiliates does not = adding more sales

Removing Shady middle men = strong robust consistent sales and dare I say record sales lately.

Not bragging just showing you how I quadrupled sales with 1 single common sense action compared to your list of 10

But listen to mark prince and blame the tubes, blame the traffic, blame the holidays but don't dare blame the cheesy rat

Believe it or not...PICTURE galleries are doing very, very well.

Vid galleries not so much. You can see full vids on every pirate tube in the world.

But picture galleries are making pretty good sales.

And no better place to put them than on The Hun. Still has big traffic.

Well a relative just had open heart surgery and some other relatives are in town so I'll be out for one or two days but I'm sure I'll still get some stuff done.

-Adding some new content to a main 1 yr old project
-Adding more content to three smaller project sites
-Promoting the main project site more on social media (goal +1,000 daily views over last week)
-Launch a new project and sunset an old related site and cannibalize that content.
-Remove a some loose end sponsors not making me any money
-Try to fix some coding on the main project site to resolve minor issues
-Look into another project involving a massive database, will need to be custom (doubt I will have time)

Most of my posts are only mean to the shady middle men or shady companies, I don't think you can find many posts where I just attack and besmirch industry colleagues just for kicks.

However I get trolled,flamed,insulted,ganged up on, for asking why stats are broke but It does not negate or discourage me.

You are correct about cuckold fans being loyal and being willing to patronize your business if you have something that interest them.

but to reiterate my main point....it is provable that my sales transaction quadrupled by *ONLY* REMOVING a 3rd party biller from the equation.

How that does not resonate with all of these how to get sales threads is beyond me, but I only offer the info in good conscience trying to get others to entertain the notion that sales are not as bad as the shady middle men report they are

I'm assuming you meant TGP instead of Tube.

Those are probably the biggest ones left in terms of traffic.

The Hun has a little more concentrated traffic because his numbers all come from the main page of thehun.com (thehun.net) whereas FreeOnes traffic is more spread out amongst all the models and they don't have a single page that can come close to the kind of traffic a gallery on The Huns page can get you.

But both have excellent quality traffic.

There are still some old school people out here doing high quality tgps...but the traffic isn't anywhere near what The Hun has.

Basically what happened about 5 years ago was that all the 15 year old boys who used to surf our TGP's all left for the tube sites. Of course so did a lot of adults.
So the TGP's are basically a smaller number, but higher quality traffic.

I'd take 1 hit of TGP traffic over 1,000 hits of Tube. And I'd take 1 hit of Search Engine Traffic over 1,000 hits of TGP. But that's just me.

I'm big into my handwritten todo lists these days. I keep a pad at my keyboard that I constantly note on and take updates, and every few days rewrite depending on what has been done or not. Hard to keep track of so many projects
