The kicker is, I was interacting with people, they were submitting photos, it was ACTIVE. Sure there were links to my websites, but no direct aff links. There was no javascript or misleading links, links linked to the same content that was on the image ie a gallery or video on one of my sites.

Fuck them, I would love to destroy Tumblr - worked hard to create the site and it was starting to generate really good traffic numbers too.

I did ask them what changes I needed to make so that I could work within the rules of Tumblr and never received a reply.
