I only miss it in a certain nostalgic sense that I was young and I used to spend time living life at a slower pace doing things like sitting on the driveway and talking for hours with my late grandparents. That's not to say that I would want to go back to that lifestyle in today's world as a busy grown man doing something he loves. I am enamored with technology and (nearly) everything it brings.Comment

No ... I prefer life now with the internet. Pre-Internet: Life was kinda bland.
You can instantly look up new music, weather, news, etc. All the content that I want to see for my life is there at my fingertips on really almost anything I desire to check out.
Being able to travel, bank and perform whatever tasks via smartphone/iPad/laptop is key.
Biggest plus: I have made my fortune in IT + Telecommunications while working from anywhere on the planet. So, the internet for me where its at.Comment
