I don't know where the appraisals came from, hopefully not some free service...

but....

for approx. $50 you get a authentic, detailed appraisal from SEDO.com.

They will give/sell you a 10-20 page report with all different metrics.

SEDO is a world leader is selling domains and will help you sell it. You can use their appraisal to justify your sale price.

It takes about 4-5 days to get your full report.

Otherwise...well.....keep hoping!
