    Give me some tips on my blog!!! PLEASE!!!

    I have just set up my first real blog and i need some pointers! I have never made a sale but i want to get into the adult side of webmastering.. I plan to try to rank it on the search engines but i need tips on how to get backlinks and traffic from other sources...

    Anyone want to give me some tips?

      Well I see you found Twans directories and that's a good start imo, is that RSS fed or handwritten?

      A good idea is to use feedburner.com to control you feeds (and publish them to any other sites you may want), also use some social sites to get the word out. like socialporn.com, porntravelling.corank.com, pornville.corank.com

      Check the basics too, meta descriptions etc, looks like a description is missing but I haven't had any coffee yet so I may be wrong there :D

                      To get back links you could join a service like www.thunder-ball.net which keeps track of all your trades for you ant automatically tells you if anyone removes your link. You can also scour the boards for people look for niche specific link trades and trade links with them. You can also submit to blog directories, link dumps and social porn sites.

                          thanks for some tips. ive added some banners on the column to spice it up a little. i hope i make some money. i plan on writting in it daily or every other day.

                              Your blog looks good, if you are writing all that text yourself keep it up (doesn't even have to be every day) - if you are using RSS feeds I recommend you alter at least some of the text.

                              Be patient! Starting a blog takes time, you should focus on writing good texts and doing some trades - also you can get extra traffic from submitting your posts to social sites such as socialporn dot com - I'm sure there is a list in here somewhere, try the search function.

                              SEO traffic will come if you handwrite your posts and think about keywords at the same time. Read, try out things and learn as you go along - but never give up!
