First of all its spelled areola.
Second of all, as a woman with areolae (yes, thats plural for those of you who are unsure) anything smaller than a 50p piece (or a half dollar piece) would freak me out too. I know there are some youngish teens whose areolae are around quarter size but no one here should really be looking at girls that young unless it is their own daughter. (Even then you are getting into dodgy territory, but lets not get into the CP/molestation thing)
The areolae do shrink when a nipple is erect but even so, in a relaxed state a normal size is anywhere between the size of a half dollar up to nearly 4 inches in diameter. Although I must admit I wouldn't want areolae THAT big...ick.Comment
