                                              Flowplayer or http://mediaelementjs.com/ are the best ways to go, hands down.

                                              I'm lost at what is a "Wall St sellout" or what do you want to do, but in most scenarios the above players would probably suit your needs

                                                  What I mean by Wall St sellout is by being greedy. They went from one time fee to monthly/annual fee. I got my licenses in just before that, but I am only supported up to version 6.99.
