    How do you charge members in Russia?

    It appears that CCBill and Epoch do not accept site members from Russia. How do you charge customers in Russia? What billing systems are best for this?

          Doesn't matter how you charge them, you will get fucked over by most of them and not get payment anyway.

                          In russia we offer SMS billing solution and pay per minute using normal phonebilling.
                          A billing event made today would be paid out to you on monday the 14th of january if you reached the minimum payout ofcourse, we dont keep your earnings longer than needed and we never deduct chargebacks or similar

                                                                      Right, but the point of sale is happening on a US server. So technically you are selling access to porn to minors. And you are making profit on it. Do you know how many years in prison you can get for this in US?

                                                                          Technically, NOT really, as far as i know the prosecution has to prove that you sold shit to minor and you knew about it. How in the world will the prosecution prove that your customer was a minor in russia? really?

                                                                                          'SMS Billing is an option' is an option( probably the only one option how to charge clients from ex-ussr countries), but in ru they have 3 magor operators ( MTS, BEELINE and MEGAFONE). I can tell you that they charge(rev share) alot( 70-80% to them and 30-20% for you).
